Job Summary:

The VP/Director of Sales is expected to build and lead the sales team. This includes hiring and retaining top talent, leading the sales team in training, execution of goals, achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas, improving processes and methodologies and being responsible for the revenue growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and lead sales team.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting and networking, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the company.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels and in a variety of departments. Address product uses, benefits, competitive advantages and business terms; facilitate technical follow-up to close sale.
  • Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc.).
  • Coordinate and actively participate in contract negotiations.
  • Act as representative of AtlasRTX at industry conferences and association meetings;.
  • Partner with Marketing on leads from trade shows and demand generation campaigns.
  • Sales process management, record and document all activities in CRM.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AtlasRTX solution offerings.
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Multiple years of SaaS sales management experience, including complex strategic sales with long sales cycles.
  • Experience managing, training and coaching, teams, hiring top talent, developing and growing a sales team.
  • Capable of building, implementing and monitoring sales methodologies, processes and policies that create actionable deliverables that support revenue goals.
  • Experience developing and monitoring enterprise level sales tools and technology.
  • Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies.
  • Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business related course of study.
